Shenzhen Fishtech Co., Ltd. ("Fishtech", "we") prints custom adhesive labels. This page explains what happens to the information you send us through this website.

What we collect

Only what you type into the quote form: your name, company, email address, phone number, product interest, quantity, size and project description. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels on this site.

Why we collect it

To prepare your quotation, ask clarifying questions about your artwork or specification, and follow up on your enquiry. We do not sell, rent or trade your details to anyone.

How it is stored

• If you send the form, it is delivered either to our email inbox or to a form-handling service (such as Formspree) that forwards it to us.
• If the form falls back to your own email app, nothing reaches us until you press Send in that app.
• Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our accounting obligations.

Your artwork and files

Artwork you send is used only to produce your labels and to keep a record of the approved version. We do not reuse customer artwork, brand names or packaging designs in our own marketing without permission.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (IP address, browser, requested page) for security and performance monitoring.

Your rights

Email [email protected] to ask for a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will respond within a reasonable time.
